包装声明的英文为：PACKING DECLARATION。
包装声明，是关于出口货物包装材料的一种声明。主要用于目的港的清关。只需要按客户提供的格式填好打印出来，再盖章即可。
为什么必须出示包装声明？
有些国家担心出口国出口货物的包装材料中含有可能危害进口国当地森林资源的虫类，因此要求出口国提供这样一种声明，主要是描述包装材料中有无稻草，木质及树皮一类的东西。目前需要提供包装声明（PACKING DECLARATION）的国家主要是澳洲、新西兰。
如何填写包装声明？
包装声明要求填写发票号、船名航次、集装箱号、提单号。之后的内容主要是一些对于鉴别包装材料的“YES”OR“NO”的选择。在选择上，只需要根据具体的意思，否认包装材料有任何稻草、木质以及树皮此类东西，并且保证不会产生可能威胁进口国当地自然环境的负面影响即可。
